RapidRestore Connect is a marketing and referral service. We are not a water damage restoration contractor, mold remediation company, insurer, emergency service, or government agency. We do not inspect properties or perform, direct, supervise, or warrant restoration work.
LeadSmart affiliate network
Calls may be routed or connected through the LeadSmart affiliate network to independent third-party service providers. RapidRestore Connect may receive compensation in connection with a call, transfer, referral, lead, or resulting service relationship. This compensation does not increase or determine the price a provider may quote.
Independent providers
Providers are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of RapidRestore Connect. Provider availability, licensing, insurance, experience, response time, inspection practices, pricing, scope, warranties, and service quality vary by company and location.
Your decision
You are responsible for confirming provider identity, qualifications, licensing and insurance requirements, written scope, pricing, payment terms, warranties, and all other service terms before authorizing work. A connection or referral is not an endorsement or guarantee.
Availability and emergencies
The referral line is available nationwide 24/7, but a provider may not be available in every ZIP code or at every time. For fire, medical emergencies, structural danger, or other immediate threats, call 911.
